Ministry of Investment Planning Provides Partial Funding to 40 Municipalities for General Site Development Plans
Ministry of Investment Planning provides partial funding to 40 municipalities for the elaboration of assignments for General Site Development Plans. All eligible candidates that applied within the relevant documentation have been approved and will receive funding.
Ministry of Investment Planning will provide 70 % of the contract value of elaboration of assignment to every municipality. This is the first stage to assist the local government and local authorities in the preparation and approval of general site development plans.
Terms and conditions for the municipalities to apply for the financial aid, provided by the Ministry of Investment Planning, were drawn together with the National Association of Municipalities of the Republic of Bulgaria.
To assist the local government and local authorities in the preparation and approval of general site development plans is a primary goal for the Ministry of Investment Planning. The experts of the Ministry will continue to provide financial and methodological aid to the local authorities during the second stage, when the municipalities will have the opportunity to apply for financial assistance for elaboration of projects for General Site Development Plans.
