Growth in New Construction in 2013
Growth in new construction in 2013 reported the National Register of Construction and Reconstruction.
This is for the first time in five years. 21.96% is the growth of building construction in Bulgaria, according to the National Register of Construction and Reconstruction.
The highest growth of new construction is in Sofia - 28.23%. Immediately after the capital of Bulgaria the former champion - the city of Burgas, is ranked. Holiday properties reported a jump of 19.35 percent, followed by residential buildings with 16.74%. The peak of the construction of office buildings is in the past. During the examined period construction of office buildings has increased by only 3%.
