Minister of Investment Planning Ivan Danov: “Cadastral map is a way to protect the property of citizens”
There are areas in Razgrad region that have regulation plans from 1929. This was announced by local architects in the city of Razgrad, where the Minister of Investment Planning Ivan Danov conducted working meetings with the Heads of Regional Administration, Municipal Authorities and with representatives of professional organizations.
Minister Ivan Danov declared that creation of precise cadastral map is a top priority for the Ministry of Investment Planning.
Cadastral map is a way to protect the property of citizens and a basis on which to prepare the new site development plans.
An amount of EUR 3 million (BNG 6 million) has been assigned for preparation of general site development plans. Financial aid will be transferred to municipalities upon the order of receipt of application forms at the Ministry of Investment Planning. Preparation of a general site development plan for a settlement is to an approximate value of EUR 50 000 - 60 000 (BGN 100 000 - 120 000), while for smaller settlements it is about EUR 30 000 (BGN 60 000).
Among other topics at the meeting held in the city of Razgrad were specific investment projects related to passportization of buildings and bringing them into compliance with current requirements for structural safety and energy efficiency.
Minister Ivan Danov commented on the rumors about suspension of EU funds: "Those signals are seeking political favors. But they have the opposite effect: to mobilize the government to be careful not to make any mistakes. "
